Derrick Lacey joined Progressive Medical, Inc in 2017 and has over 10 years of experience working as a Human Resources professional for Fortune 500 companies and in the medical device industry. Derrick acts as a partner with PMI senior management providing procedure guidance and direction on performance management, employee relations, business strategy, training and development, employee benefits and more. In addition, Derrick oversees all vendor credentialing requirements for PMI to ensure strict compliance with clinical facilities across the United States.

Prior to joining PMI, Derrick worked as an HR Business Partner for Lowe’s Home Improvement. He earned his Bachelor of Science in Business Administration with an emphasis in human resources management from Southeast Missouri State University in 2015.
